Joanna Krupa And Joyce Giraud Film Scripted Series
Viewers may soon not only see Joanna Krupa and Joyce Giraud back on TV but on the same show together. On Tuesday, Joanna, who starred on three seasons of The Real Housewives of Miami, re-posted a photo of her with Joyce Giraud, who starred in Season 4 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The accompanying message states that they are filming a scripted series together.
“Super fun and creative lunch! by @db_creative”Just finished a #creative business lunch with two of the #stars of my scripted series. Thank you @joannakrupa and @joyce_giraud, I can’t wait to tell the #world what we are working on. #Dream big because anything is possible, and as long as you are a good person, good things will happen to you. #Dreams really do come #true”
The fate of The Real Housewives of Miami is still up in the air. In mid-December 2014, executive producer Andy Cohen, in one of his “Ask Andy” segments, admitted that although there are no plans to film a Season 4 of the show, it hasn’t been written off completely.
“Who knows? Never say never. Right now it’s kind of dead in the water but who knows?”
When his assistant asked him if the Miami housewives Lea Black, Alexia Echevarria, Adriana de Moura, and Marysol Patton tried to get any information out of him when they came out to support his Miami book signing, Andy said that they were all cool about the lack of information and hinted that they already know what’s up. He said that when someone in the audience asked him about the show and he gave his “never say never” response, the Miami housewives replied, “Oh please! It’s over.”
Even if The Real Housewives of Miami does return, Joanna Krupa likely won’t be on it. In June of 2014, she told Access Hollywood that it was time for her to move on from the show.
“Ever since Miami finished I’ve been focusing on so many more things in my life. I think it’s much more healthy to discontinue that run. ‘Housewives’ was an amazing chapter of my life. It was great because it saved my relationship with my husband [and] we had an amazing fairytale wedding, but I think it’s time to move on.”
As for Joyce Giraud, she, along with Carlton Gebbia, was dropped from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after just one season. In January 2014, when Joyce was told by TMZ that producers were dropping her and Carlton because they don’t think that they “jive well” with the other housewives, Joyce pointed out that she would never play up for ratings and that she has a great life even without the show.
“Well I for sure don’t jive with some of them. I jive fantastic with Lisa, with Kyle, with Kim. But I don’t jive with backstabbers so I’m never going to compromise my integrity of who I am just for a show or for ratings or for anything. I have a great life regardless of the show or not. So its not something that causes me sleepless nights.”
Joyce Giraud is likely very happy to no longer be dealing with Brandi Glanville, with whom she often feuded during her short time on the show. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Brandi, in a recent blog post, criticized most of her co-stars, including Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Eileen Davidson, as “over half a century old” women who are hypocrites and don’t take responsibility for their actions and words.
