Kyle and Kim Richards’ relationship has been strained all season long on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills . Although the pair have had a rocky road since Season 1, Season 5 saw their relationship seemingly crumble, and Kim grew closer to Glanville. Now, a source wonders if they’ll ever get back on track.
On March 12, the source spoke to TMZ , revealing Kyle and Kim Richards’ relationship may be damaged beyond repair after the dramatic events of Season 5.
According to the source, Kyle and Kim Richards are “at war,” and while it was initially thought that Kim’s dog attack was the main source of drama, their feud reportedly goes beyond Kingsley’s attack on Kyle’s daughter, Alexia.
Not only have the two been at odds over Kim’s decision to keep the dog, despite his attack on Alexia and another woman, they’ve also been tense over Kim’s relationship with their Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Brandi Glanville.
The source alleged Kim was upset with Kyle for not being as understanding as Glanville has been when it comes to her sobriety struggles. As for Kyle, she reportedly feels both she and her husband, Mauricio Umansky, have been very understanding of Kim’s situation.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Kyle and Kim Richards reportedly went head-to-head during the recently taped Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 reunion.
“It was a very emotional and raw conversation as Kim described what had happened with the dog and Alexia,” an insider told Radar Online of Kyle and Kim Richards’ reported feud. “But when she revealed that she hoped Kingsley could be trained to not be so aggressive, and returned to her home, Kyle just rolled her eyes.”
“There were a lot of tears during the conversation, and it only adds to the ongoing rift between the sisters. While Kyle has publicly supported Kim keeping the dog since then, it’s very different behind closed doors.”
And not just that. According to Radar’s source, Kyle and Kim Richards’ relationship has been severely impacted by Kyle’s alleged failure to stand up for Kim when it came to her co-stars’ allegations of a possible relapse.
“It’s just not about Kingsley. There are feelings of betrayal coming from Kim because she thinks Kyle didn’t come to her defense when there were questions about her sobriety during filming for the show.”
