Kate Middleton Stuns In Her Ensembles Of The Week As The Due Date Nears

Kate Middleton has proven that the final weeks of pregnancy do not result in a lack of wardrobe options. If anything, the Duchess of Cambridge has kicked her style sense into high gear and is bringing out her strongest couture that onlookers have seen thus far in the pregnancy. Kate also earns bonus points from her audience by not being afraid to recycle pieces that have been heavily photographed.

This week, the 33-year old soon-to-be mother of two has been a vision in each ensemble she’s stepped out in. Last Friday, Kate arrived at St. Paul’s Cathedral for a service which recognizes the contribution of the Armed Forces, looking as radiant as ever in a deep blue, flattering, fluted chiara wool coat. As Express UK states, it is possible to completely recreate the look yourself by heading to the designer’s website at beulah.com. It will only set you back a couple thousand dollars.

To complement the appealing, belted overcoat, the duchess opted for a sleek up-do that was topped off with a stunning hat given a slight side-tilt. The stylish cap accented Kate’s smoky and defined eyes. She finished off the look with a pair of dark pumps and still carried herself with elegance and grace despite being eight months pregnant.

Kate Middleton also popped by the set of Downton Abbey after a tasteful wardrobe change. She arrived with her gorgeous long locks as she usually chooses to wear them — flowing and natural. Her overcoat was a lovely cream colour from the maternity line JoJo Maman Bebe. While there, Daily Mail shares that the duchess mingled with cast and crew while expressing her love for the show.

Earlier, Kate started off the week in high fashion as she attended Westminster Abbey with the Queen for a service celebrating the Commonwealth. Garbed in a gorgeous overcoat by Alexander McQueen that was accented by pearl buttons and a Peter Pan collar, Kate accessorized the look with a fashionable clutch, stately heels and, of course, a fascinator that only royalty could pull off. All pieces were of a similar rosy shade and complemented Kate’s rosy-cheeked complexion.

On Wednesday, Kate stepped out in yet another show-stopper look that elegantly cascaded over her baby bump. Glamour commented on the fashionable pieces she selected.

“On Wednesday [Kate] re-wore a spotted Hobbs coat that might give off the appearance of a dress but is indeed a topper with a subtle off-center closure. She kept the look simple with a black clutch and what I think the beauty department will tell you is her best accessory of all: a “divine” ponytail.”
