A Mother Fears Her 7-Year-Old Is A Serial Killer In The Making

The parents of a 7-year-old boy feel that they may be raising a potential serial killer. Rylan, who was adopted by Kim and Ryan when he was just an infant, was sadly born addicted to methamphetamine, and his biological mother is diagnosed with bipolar disorder. The terrified parents went on the Dr. Phil show as their last resort to get help for their possible serial killer son.

Kim first suspected that there was an issue with Rylan when he was just 18-months-old, and was showing developmental issues. As a toddler he would hold his breath till he passed out, and the odd behavior only increased from there.

The Dr. Phil segment aired disturbing footage of the boy shouting obscenities, and displaying violent behavior towards his parents. Kim says that her young son has an obsession with knives, and at the age of three they found a watermelon filled with the sharp objects. The parents, fearing that their son is a serial killer in the making, have had him in seven different hospitals searching for answers. They have even had one therapist liken their young son to a deceased serial killer, Ted Bundy.

Not only does Rylan have violent outbursts, but he has also caused harm to himself. Kim recounts a time when Rylan locked himself in the bathroom, and used his older brother’s razor blade to shave his own fingertips off. Kim as any mother asked her young son why he would cause harm to himself, he told her so he could see the blood and feel the pain.

Both parents, who are now divorced, take turns raising their troubled youth, and are both terrified that he will hurt or kill someone. “He [Rylan] talks about stabbing us, he describes how he’s going to lift the knives up over his head and plunge them into our chests so he that he gets the best impact,” revealed Kim. The father of the boy, Ryan, says that they have not had a normal day in three years.

“My biggest fear is that we’re raising a school shooter, a mass murderer, a serial killer.”
