Louis Tomlinson, Eleanor Calder Breakup Rumors Thrill Larry Stylinson Shippers

Louis Tomlinson and long-time girlfriend Eleanor Calder have possibly split up after spending more than three years together (this is a lifetime in boy band years), and a certain group on One Direction fans couldn’t be happier.

According to Unreality TV, many One Direction fans think that Louis Tomlinson and Eleanor Calder have gone their separate ways because they’re currently not spending time together. When 1D takes a little time off from touring, Louis and Eleanor usually spend as much of it as they can together. However, the pair opted against meeting up during One Direction’s latest break. Instead Tomlinson partied with footballer Daniel Sturridge and delighted fans by taking goofy selfies with them while hanging out in Leeds. Meanwhile, Eleanor jetted off to Los Angeles to get a tattoo, as evidenced by the photo below. Perhaps she was getting a bit of breakup ink.

Some skeptical One Direction fans might point out that Louis Tomlinson and Eleanor Calder look pretty happy in all the social media photos making rounds on the web. However, perhaps they’re just pulling an old breakup trick by trying to make it seem like they’re happier now that they’re single. Hollywood Take also points out that Eleanor has been more active on Instagram than she used to be, and her recent flurry of activity could be the result of the end of her relationship with Louis. Calder might feel more comfortable sharing photos online now that she’s no longer dating a boy band star with rabid fans who write nasty things on her social media accounts.

As the Inquisitr recently reported, there are rumors that Harry Styles and girlfriend Nadine Leopold have also split up. These breakup rumors have whipped Larry Stylinson shippers into a frenzy, and they haven’t been able to resist expressing their glee on Twitter. In case you don’t know, Larry Stylinson shippers are One Direction fans who think that Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson are involved in a secret gay relationship. They’re easily identified by their Twitter handles and avatars.

There are also rumors going around that Zayn Malik has split from fiancée Perrie Edwards, so perhaps all the One Direction guys are itching for a few spring flings.

If Louis Tomlinson and Eleanor Calder have really split up, it’s truly the end of an era. Most people would expect a young mega-celeb like Louis to take advantage of his fame by spending tons of time with groupies and dating multiple famous women. However, Tomlinson started dating Calder near the beginning of his singing career, and he stuck with her. During a 2012 interview with Seventeen, Louis revealed that Harry Styles actually introduced him to his ladylove.

“Eleanor was a friend of Harry’s. He worked with her friend at a local bakery. One day, Harry met up with his friend, Eleanor came, and we met.”

Ever since then, Tomlinson has been at odds with Larry Stylinson shippers who have refused to accept him as a straight guy dating a nice girl. Maybe he and Calder split up because she finally decided that she’s had enough of the Larry conspiracy theories.
