Kandi Burruss Shares Shocking Truth About Marriage: Counseling Didn’t Work

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss has been trying to get her marriage back on track this season, even though she has only been married for six months. Of course, the road to the wedding was no cake walk, as Kandi wanted Todd Tucket to sign a prenup. Todd was hesitant, as he didn’t see the need in having a contract between them. However, now six months into the marriage, one can imagine that Burruss is thankful for one.

Kandi Burruss is now coming completely clean on what is happening between them. Of course, Burruss and Todd work hard, so they didn’t have time to go on a honeymoon. But now six months into the marriage, Burruss is starting to question whether the marriage could be doing better. On last night’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi took Todd to couples counseling.

According to a new Bravo report, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss is now revealing that the counseling wasn’t what was needed. When Bravo reached out to her to ask her about the counseling after the episode aired, Kandi had a shocking answer. The couples counseling didn’t work.

Of course, last night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta really questions whether Kandi Burruss’ marriage to Todd Tucker is a healthy one. Her mother has questioned Tucker from the beginning, saying that he was indeed using her for her money.

Burruss has been devoted to her marriage. According to the Inquisitr, Kandi has said that she is trying to get used to having a husband. In addition, Burruss has been trying to have a baby with Todd, but her mother has been causing some troubles.

“Mom and I had been arguing a lot at that time, and I just felt that she never accepted any responsibility for being wrong. She always finds a way to make me the bad guy,” Kandi has revealed about her mother, adding, “To say I don’t care about my family was an insult. I love them all dearly, and for her to feel that I don’t care about them as much just because I’m married now hurts me.”

Of course, Kandi’s mother has been causing issues between Todd and Kandi for years, so it isn’t surprising that they are struggling. Now, Burruss is questioning whether Tucker is cheating on her in Los Angeles when he is working. Clearly, these two have plenty of issues to work out.
