Apollo Nida Finally Hears From Sons: ‘RHOA’ Star Is Isolated And Withdrawn

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida is currently serving his time behind bars. When Apollo was getting ready to go to jail, he had a lot of anger built up, and he was quick to pull the trigger when confronting his wife, Phaedra Parks. However, Nida is currently serving eight years behind bars and maybe the reality of the situation is hitting him.

When Apollo Nida went to jail, he was very concerned about his two sons. Parks was not eager to pack her kids into the car and drive them to the jail to visit their father. Instead, Apollo has been talking to Ayden on the phone and catching up with his son. Dylan isn’t old enough to talk to his father and understand what is happening.

According to a new Radar Online report, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida is apparently becoming withdrawn and isolated in prison. This could have something to do with him not seeing his family, but it could also have something to do with the money he owes people. Before he was locked up, Nida was supposedly fired from Bravo, and since Parks has filed for divorce, Apollo won’t be filming once he is released.

“Apollo is isolated and withdrawn. The only thing keeping him going are his two young sons with Phaedra,” a source has said, adding, “Phone calls with Ayden, 4, and Dylan 18 months, bring him a lot of joy. Although it’s hard for Dylan to talk on the phone because of his age, Ayden tells his daddy he is taking care of his baby brother. It’s incredibly sweet.”

But serving the eight years is just the beginning for Apollo Nida. He will have to pay back the $1.9 million in restitution to JP Morgan Chase and the IRS. Since he was fired from Bravo and has no money in his bank account, it is questionable how Nida will pay back the money. Surely, Phaedra won’t be helping him out.

But the withdrawal from the other inmates could also have to do with the fact that he doesn’t see his sons. According to the Inquisitr, Parks has no plans of bringing her two sons to the jail to visit their father. She has been keeping them from Apollo and the jail environment to protect them.
