Nathan Griffith Arrested On Charges Of Domestic Abuse, ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Jenelle Evans Skips Custody Hearing
Nathan Griffith, fiancé of Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans, has been arrested in South Carolina.
Shortly after Evans’ own arrest for driving on a suspended license, Nathan Griffith was thrown behind bars in Myrtle Beach on charges of domestic violence.
On March 4, according to a report by Us Weekly, Evans skipped out on a court hearing to regain custody of her oldest son, Jace, 5. The magazine’s sources claimed that Evans chose to postpone the hearing so that she could attend a couples counseling session with Nathan Griffith.
Hours later, her fiancé was arrested.

Although the details surrounding Nathan Griffith’s arrest are unclear, one Twitter user appeared to know what happened.
“You called him saying you were gonna self harm yourself so he would come over. He did and you cause a fight. He was trying to leave and you blocked the door, when he moved you out of the way, you ran to the bathroom and said you were gonna take pills. He kept trying to get you out and then you called the cops while he was banging on the door.”
As the Inquisitr reported on March 4, Nathan Griffith went on a rant about Evans on Twitter just after the session was scheduled to take place, claiming to fans that Evans had set him up.
In his since-deleted tweet, Nathan Griffith told fans Evans left for the session without him, knowing he didn’t have a valid driver’s license, and then made it appear that he ditched her while cameras filmed for Teen Mom 2 Season 6.
“It’s funny I set up couples counseling for Jenelle Evans and I, but since I can’t drive she rather make me look bad on camera acting like I can’t make it. Oh well there is your ‘reality tv’ for you.”
Also on March 4, a source told Radar Online that Nathan Griffith and his reality star girlfriend had been fighting constantly and screaming all the time.
The source claimed Nathan Griffith’s latest fight with Evans involved the Teen Mom 2 star’s partying. Despite giving birth to her second son just months ago, Evans reportedly hasn’t settled down one bit. Although the source insisted she was not using drugs, she’s always been a fan of the nightlife in Myrtle Beach.
Throughout the couple’s relationship, one source claimed, Nathan Griffith has been “very controlling,” but in recent weeks, the former Marine seems to have lost interest.
Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith will return to MTV for Teen Mom 2 Season 6 later this year.
