Anthony Weiner Used Campaign Money To Cover-Up Own Actions

Anthony Weiner used contributions from his own campaign to hire private investigators to chase down his own lie regarding his now famous crotch-shot tweet.

According to reports Weiner paid T&M Protective Services $13,290 for “legal services” during the fourth quarter of 2011. That payment was then filed with the Federal Election Commission on Tuesday.

Speaking to the New York Daily News one source says T&M was hired to put a spin on the controversy but the plan backfired and Anthony Weiner eventually resigned from his post as a US Congressman.

Apparently Queens police were told that his Twitter account had been hacked however T&M did some digging of their own and confirmed that it was Anthony Weiner himself who tweeted the crotch shot.

Over time Weiner came out and apologized after admitting that he sent the tweet on his own.

Perhaps he can join the Mitt Romney campaign and together they can form an alliance to destroy or hide documentation using taxpayer money, that seems to be a popular thing to do these days.

Are you surprised that Anthony Weiner actually thought he could get away with his Twitter act by hiring a private investigation firm to look into his own act?
