Apollo Nida’s Actions Left His Son Ayden In Need Of Therapy, Says Phaedra Parks

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida was furious before he turned himself in in the fall, because he felt betrayed by Phaedra Parks. Rather than his wife sticking around and being there emotionally for Apollo, Nida felt left behind and he got very little time with his sons. As fans saw on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Apollo was furious and acted outrageous, hours before he was due in Kentucky.

Apparently, Apollo Nida’s behavior has caused some concern for Phaedra. Of course, Parks’ mother expressed some concern for her daughter, because she believed that Nida wanted to hurt Phaedra and their children. As she said herself, Apollo had expressed that he would burn down the house and make life miserable for his wife.

According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida’s actions may have affected his sons so much that they are currently in therapy. As Nida’s wife said on the show, Dylan is too young to understand what went down in the fall, but Ayden is old enough to understand.

Plus, Apollo also talked to Ayden about him making mistakes and being locked up to serve time. During Sunday’s episode, Phaedra and her friend realized that Ayden was experiencing emotional mood swings. He was being sweet one minute, and angry the next. Clearly, he was affected by his father’s words and actions.

“Dylan obviously doesn’t know what’s going on, but Ayden is very smart and I’m considering putting Ayden in therapy to help him transition smoothly,” Parks has revealed, adding, “I will continue to be a good mama to these boys and a strong role model for them, and they will continue with their lives.”

Plus, Nida’s actions scared his wife as well. Even though he was standing close to her with an electric drill, Parks was more concerned about her children than her own well-being.

“When Apollo showed up, I was fearful for my safety because I wasn’t sure what he was going to do. The last thing I ever want to do is put my children in harm’s way, but now that Apollo is checked into the facility, we can return home,” Phaedra has revealed about Nida’s actions prior to him going to jail.

According to the Inquisitr, Nida has yet to receive a visit from his wife and his children. She doesn’t want to expose her two innocent children to the jail environment.
