Kendall Jenner Flaunts Bikini Body As Khloe, Kourtney, And Kim Kardashian Share Weight Loss Secrets [Photos]
Kendall Jenner is warming up winter by posting a barely-there bikini body photo. Jenner cheered up her 20.4 million Instagram followers by encouraging them to join her in a visual vacation to blissfully balmy weather, reported the Huffington Post.
“TAKE ME BACK,” pleaded Kendall in her caption.
And while Kendall is busy modeling and showing off that sleek physique, her Kardashian sisters continue to wage their weight loss wars. While Kim and Khloe have posted their own diet and fitness battles on social media, new mom Kourtney Kardashian has been quietly been shedding her baby weight, according to OK magazine.
Joining in the tell-it-on-social-media game, Kourtney showed off the waist trainer that she’s been using. However, she noted that she’s not just relying on this modern twist on an old-fashioned corset to shed weight. She’s also working out regularly at the gym.
“Starting my Monday with a little waist training before I go to the gym! #onamission #waistgangsociety,” posted Kourtney for her caption.
As for Khloe Kardashian, she’s working out hard, and showing off her newly discovered abs, as the Inquisitr reported.
“I’m not where I want to be and who knows if I ever will be. But I am healthier than ever and due to my consistent workouts, I am slowly seeing results. Hi baby abs!! I see you!!! I hope to meet your other ab friends soon (yes I’m talking to my muscles. I’ve never met most of them before).”
Khloe also is candid in stating that she’s aware of reports calling her the fat one or the chubby Kardashian.
“Looking back at pictures of myself I didn’t realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was,” admitted Khloe. “People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don’t think I would consider myself fat back then.”
While neither Khloe nor Kourtney has been vocal about diets, Kim Kardashian has shared frequently on social media about her decision to follow the Atkins weight loss plan, reported E News.
The high fat low carb diet includes protein, healthy fats, and non-starchy vegetables, and Colette Heimowitz of Atkins revealed a sample day.
