Angry Birds set to flock to Facebook on Valentine’s Day [Video]

I guess for those who care this is going to be pretty cool news but I’m still not getting this fascination of flinging some squawking bird at a bunch of pigs; but anyway it seems that there is some fairly major news on the Angry Birds front that should make Facebook users happy.

It seems, and I didn’t realize this but for all the different places you can find Angry Birds the one place you haven’t been able to get your daily dose of bird throwing has been on Facebook. Well, that folks, is about to change and fairly soon it would seem.

While much of the attention around Facebook is centered on its massive IPO that is rumored to happen at the first of February Rovio is supposedly targeting Valentine’s Day as the day that their hugely popular game will invade Facebook.

Rumor has it that the pigs will be getting a much larger roll in this release of the game on Facebook but Rovio isn’t saying much along these lines and there is some interest in how Rovio is going to work in the whole Facebook social angle
