Lisa Vanderpump Still Defending Scheana Marie Relationship To Brandi Glanville’s Fans
Some people are still criticizing Lisa Vanderpump for being friendly with Scheana Marie, despite knowing what she did with Brandi Glanville’s ex-husband. On Tuesday, Lisa fired off two tweets in response to people who said that Brandi was right for getting mad at Lisa for keeping and bringing Scheana around.
Lisa tweeted that she has obviously gotten closer to Scheana ever since the spin-off Vanderpump Rules began.

Lisa then pointed out that Scheana had already been working for her for five years before she met Brandi.

In previous seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa and Brandi got along very well. When Lisa’s spin-off show premiered, it right away showed Brandi, at Lisa’s suggestion, having a sit down with Scheana to clear the air. Scheana maintained that when she was dating Eddie Cibrian, she did not know that he was married to Brandi.
While Lisa’s spin-off, now in its third season, went on to become a success, the same cannot be said for Lisa’s friendship with Brandi. By the end of Season 4 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa’s friendship with Brandi was in tatters. Brandi claimed that Lisa used her all along, forcing her to interact with Scheana multiple times while filming Real Housewives, despite her requests to no longer see Scheana.
In one of her Bravo blog post from early on in the season, Brandi reminded everyone why she felt wronged by Lisa.
“I loved [Ken] and Lisa V. They were very important to me. Lisa asked me to have a sit down with the woman who was my husband’s mistress for three years, throughout my entire second pregnancy… So, with great reluctance for my new ‘good’ friend, Lisa V., I threw myself on my sword and did it. It was hard. It was the first scene on Vanderpump Rules, the crossover. It was a onetime favor. Or it was supposed to be. You’ve all seen Lisa V. throwing that beautiful catered engagement party for that mistress at her house. Treating the mistress like family. It happened a lot. A lot.”
If she hasn’t already, Brandi Glanville may not want to watch the latest episodes of Vanderpump Rules. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Lisa Vanderpump gave Scheana Marie quite the generous wedding present. Scheana’s co-star, Jax Taylor, revealed that Lisa paid for the alcohol at Scheana and Mike Shay’s wedding reception.
