‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Spoilers: The Pressure Of Dr. Herman’s Surgery Weighs On Dr. Amelia Shepherd
Thursday night’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy will feature the final lead-up to the surgery on Dr. Herman’s tumor. Dr. Amelia Shepherd is determined to get the tumor and save Herman’s life, but she’s definitely got her work cut out for her. What Grey’s Anatomy spoilers are available regarding the February 26 episode?
This one is titled “Staring at the End,” and some think that sounds potentially ominous for Herman. One Grey’s Anatomy spoiler sneak peek via the show’s Facebook page shows Herman telling Shepherd she’s done with the radiation, as she’s not willing to spend her last weeks living the way the radiation makes her feel.
Shepherd doesn’t take Herman’s announcement well. Amelia says that the radiation will help, and she’s not looking at giving the doctor a few weeks to live, she’s looking to save her life. The synopsis via TV Guide reinforces that this surgery is going to be a very big deal at the hospital, as Amelia presents it to a room full of colleagues and everybody is following along closely.
What else can viewers expect in this one? There will be more great scenes between Herman and Dr. Arizona Robbins. As fans have seen, Arizona tends to get rather flustered around Herman, but they’ve been connecting in a more positive and humorous way lately. It seems in this week’s episode, the two will grow a bit closer to one another. In addition, Dr. Miranda Bailey has a pregnant patient who brings about interesting considerations, and the case will draw the attention of Herman and Robbins.
Grey’s Anatomy spoilers via TVLine from Jerrika Hinton, who plays Dr. Stephanie Edwards, teases there is a big twist regarding the surgery, but it won’t happen until the March 5 episode. However, fans think it’s going to end, apparently something different comes about.
Amelia is feeling a lot of pressure with this surgery, and Stephanie is going to step up in some interesting ways over these next couple of episodes. She hasn’t always been the most confident doctor, but she seems to be coming into her own in a sense as this case plays out.
There will be big, emotional moments ahead for all of the doctors involved in this one, and everybody is anxious to see how it all plays out. Tune into the Grey’s Anatomy episode titled “Staring at the End” on Thursday, February 26, and then prepare for the actual surgery to progress on “The Distance” airing on March 5.
