Kim Zolciak Shows Off Her ‘Bought And Paid For’ Breasts
Kim Zolciak has made it no secret that she’s gotten plastic surgery. If fact, the mother of six is proud of her “bought and paid for” body, and doesn’t hesitate when it comes to showing it off.
In one of her latest Instagram posts, as reported by In Touch Weekly on February 22, Zolciak showed a close-up of her breasts, which she went under the knife for last year, following the birth of her twins, Kaia and Kane.

Also in Kim Zolciak’s Instagram post, she revealed she was filming, presumably for the upcoming fourth season of her Bravo spinoff series, Don’t Be Tardy.

After starring on The Real Housewives of Atlanta for the show’s first five seasons, Zolciak went on to star in her own show, which followed her and her family, according to husband Kroy Biermann, as she juggled life as a mom with her busy career in entertainment and her husband’s hectic NFL schedule.
Don’t Be Tardy has aired for three successful seasons on Bravo, and while it has yet to be officially renewed, it seems likely that it will return to the network.
As the Inquisitr reported last year, Zolciak officially wrapped filming on Season 3 in September, but assured fans her series was far from over.
“Is it the end of Don’t Be Tardy? Forever?” a fan asked.
In response, Zolciak said, “Hell no!!”
Since welcoming her twins, Kim Zolciak has been focused on fitness, quickly getting back to her pre-baby size, and furthering her goals from there. Still, things weren’t quite the way she wanted months after giving birth, and the reality star went under the knife, opting for a breast enhancement and tummy tuck by another Real Housewives star, Dr. Lenny Hochstein, wife of Miami’s Lisa.
After sharing before and after photos of herself in November 2014, Zolciak posted the following message.
“Just so you guys are aware of how fabulous I was before my tummy tuck! This picture on the left was taken a few months after I had the twins and before surgery! A plastic surgeon is NOT the cure all! I had a hernia I needed repaired as well as my muscles… And think I look this good from a surgeon you are now set straight! enjoy!! Take a look at the placement of my Belly button before and after! I gotta give it to @drhochstein he gave me a cute belly button.”
