Demi Moore Rushed To The Hospital For Substance Abuse!

TMZ exclusively revealed no more than 25 minutes ago that the 49 year-old actress and recent divorcee was rushed to the hospital last night for substance abuse problems.

According to Law enforcement, a 911 call was placed at 10:45 pm on Monday night. Paramedics responded to the call and assessed the situation at Moore’s house for a half hour before Demi was transported to a local hospital.

It is said that Demi Moore will be taken to a facility for ” further professional assistance.”

Demi’s reps confimed the news in a statement:

“Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”

Earlier in the year Demi Moore candidly opened up to Harper’s Bazaar magazine and admitted that her worst fear is “not worthy of being loved”. Demi went on to say, “what scares me is that I’m going to ultimately find out at the end of my life that I’m really not lovable, that I’m not worthy of being loved. That there’s something fundamentally wrong with me…and that I wasn’t wanted here in the first place.”
