Halle Berry’s Baby Daddy Gabriel Aubry Being Investigated For Child Endangerment

Gabriel Aubry, the baby daddy to Halle Berry’s child is currently under investigation for criminal child endangerment and battery. According to the police report Gabriel allegedly pushed his nanny into a door when she was holding onto their daughter Nahla.

According to the report Gabriel was suppose to take the 3-year-old to school on Wednesday but decided to keep her home for the day, when Gabriel went to pick Nahla up she was told the young girl was not in school that day.

When the nanny went to Gabriel’s home she began to question him about why his daughter was not in school to which he began shouting:

“You’re the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f**king know anything.”

Gabriel who is 6-foot-4 was towering over the short 5-foot-2 nanny as he pushed her into the door.

After the pushing incident the nanny claimed she was injured and the investigation began as that point. Police are investigating Gabriel Aubry for both misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery.

The police report only listed “battery” but officials have verified that an investigation is underway for and they are “definitely investigating child endangerment.”

Child Protective Services have also jumped into the investigation by launching their own probe into child endangerment.

At this time Halle Berry’s reps have not responded to requests for more information and Gabriel Aubry is also remaining silent over the accusations.
