‘Bachelorette’ 2015 Lead Spoilers: Reality Steve Thinks It’ll Be Britt Nilsson Or Kaitlyn Bristowe
The Bachelorette 2015 season will start filming soon, and fans are anxious to know who will be handing out the roses. The network hasn’t announced anything official yet, but fans are buzzing over the possibilities. Reality Steve’s spoilers have been looking at Britt Nilsson as the likely candidate for some time now, but in his latest blog post he notes that things may go in a different direction. What’s the latest?
Since before the current Bachelor 2015 season with Chris Soules started, Reality Steve’s spoilers have been pointing to Britt Nilsson as the most likely lady to hand out roses this spring. While Steve still thinks the network will go that route, there does seem to be room for doubt.
Despite Nilsson leaving in sixth place, a little low traditionally for that Bachelorette spot, the show early on had clearly been laying the groundwork for Britt to get the gig. The past couple of episodes, however, have shown a bit of a different side of her.
In his latest blog post, Soules said that he eliminated Britt because he questioned her sincerity and worried she had been putting on an act. Does that kind of thinking, which many fans agree with, hurt Britt’s chances?
Though any of the final handful of ladies could surely be contenders for the Bachelorette 2015 gig, there is a growing group of fans who would love to see Kaitlyn Bristowe get the shot. At this point, Reality Steve’s spoilers indicate that he thinks it’s definitely down to either Kaitlyn or Britt at this point.
Why won’t it be one of the other top finalists? Of course, one is said to be engaged to Chris, while Steve points out that it may not work to have the runner-up do the show so quickly after the finale of the Bachelor airs. As viewers saw, Jade Roper would probably be a risky choice given her Playboy modeling. There are many fans who are rooting for Carly Waddell to get the opportunity, but Steve doesn’t think it’ll happen.
What about someone from a prior season or from Bachelor in Paradise? Steve says he doesn’t see it happening, despite fans mentioning names like Michelle Money or Clare Crawley as possibilities.
Would Britt be open to the gig? She chatted with Jimmy Kimmel on his show and made it pretty clear she’d be interested, though naturally she can’t say much yet. Since Kaitlyn is still in the running on the show, of course she can’t say anything yet.
Chris Harrison recently dished a bit about the Bachelorette 2015 season decision as well. He talked to Andi Dorfman about her heartbreak over her split with Josh Murray, and he told E! Online that he doesn’t think she’d do the show again, though there had been murmurs regarding that possibility. When specifically asked about Britt and Kaitlyn as possibilities, he had positive things to say about both ladies.
The network will be making a decision soon and most would imagine the feedback to the “Women Tell All” special will play a part in making the call. Filming of ABC’s The Bachelorette 2015 season begins in mid-March with a May premiere date. Will it be Britt Nilsson, Kaitlyn Bristowe, or someone else handing out roses?
