Watch a Shirtless Justin Bieber Get Smashed With Eggs In Comedy Central Roast Promo
Justin Bieber’s first Comedy Central roast promo has arrived and it’s smashing. Literally.
The shirtless superstar can be seen getting egged in a short video the network rolled out on Tuesday.
It’s every bit as horrid as you might imagine would be. Numerous raw eggs are smashed in slow motion against the oiled skin of Bieber, who stands in messianic pose awaiting his punishment, after a little muscle flexing and hair touching.
For extra theater, the 20-year-old’s egging was backed by the dramatic music of German composer Carl Orff’s “O Fortuna” movement of Carmina Burana, which all worked a treat. The end part with Bieber smashing an egg while the tag “Come and Get It” flashed up on screen was funny, too. (Selena Gomez reference, or no?)
However, from the look on Bieber’ face during the clip, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
But, that’s the whole point of a roast.
The Canadian’s infamous egging of his former neighbor’s Calabasas, California, home last January, led to him pleading no contest to one count of misdemeanor vandalism charge in an L.A. court (via lawyers), and penalties.
But the public — and perhaps Bieber too — want more. And they’re going to get it.

Bieber is set to tape his roast in Los Angeles on March 14, just two weeks after his 21st birthday on March 1. The show airs on March 30.
During his public skewering, the singer will face whatever Roast Master Kevin Hart, comic Jeff Ross, Hannibal Buress, and the unnamed rest have in store.
There’s surely no need to run through the material at their disposal. Bieber’s past exploits — which he drew a line under in a recent apology video — are well-documented.
While Ross has already promised “bloody mayhem” will unfold, earlier on Tuesday, Ride Along star Hart spoke by phone to radio/TV host Ryan Seacrest.
“I’m going to smash Bieber,” Kevin said when he called in to On Air with Ryan Seacrest.
“It’s going to be a tough day for Biebs.”
Kevin continued, “The good news is that he knows I love him. The good news is that he knows I’m a real friend, so it’s no holds-barred. I get to let loose. It’s going to be dope.”
Hart — who kicks off his “What Now” comedy tour on April 9 — reveals he is mega busy, but made room for his pal Biebs.
“It’s his big 21,” he explains. “I said I’ll make it work for him.” The comic-actor told Seacrest that after agreeing to host the Comedy Central roast, the “Heartbreaker” singer called him up to go over what might come up.
Hart says Bieber is anxious about the comic apocalypse that is heading his way. “He’s 100 percent nervous,” the comedian says.
“It’s not even a half-question. He’s like, ‘Hey so Kev, you’re going to take it easy, right?’ And I said, ‘Absolutely not.'”
Hart did reveal the only thing that is off-limits to him during Justin’s roast (although, almost certainly not to anyone else), is the monkey that the star was gifted in March, 2013, for his 19th birthday.
“That’s the only time I’ve ever been mad at Justin,” Hart recalled. “I remember calling him, ‘Did you buy a monkey?! What’d you get a monkey for?!'”
“I think it’s just cool to be able to laugh at yourself — I’ve done some things that might not have been the greatest,” Bieber told Ellen DeGeneres on her daytime talk show during an appearance at the end of January.
“I just want to be able to laugh about it, and just kind own up to some of the things,” the Biebs said of his looming roast when asked why he was participating.
Justin Bieber’s March 14 roast reckoning cometh. The egging is just the start. At least the singer is taking it like a man.
