‘Rizzoli And Isles’ Spoilers: ‘Bridge To Tomorrow’ Winter Premiere Kicks Show Back Into Gear

The Season 5 winter premiere of Rizzoli & Isles airs Tuesday night on TNT and fans are anxious to have this show back. What can viewers expect from the next new episode? There are some Rizzoli & Isles spoilers available and it sounds like this will be a great episode.

The Season 5, Episode 13 show is titled “Bridge to Tomorrow.” From the sounds of things, this picks up essentially right where the fall finale left off last September. TV Guide teases that Maura will be worried that she’s lost her best friend since Jane jumped off the bridge to try to save the prosecutor suspected of killing his mistress. The squad will continue in the search for the killer, and Frankie will be helping Angela look for a new job.

What else lies ahead as Season 5 continues? TV Guide’s Rizzoli & Isles spoilers tease that Maura and Jane will be leaning on one another, once again, as Jane recovers from the bridge jump and Maura and Jack split. There will be a road trip coming up that will apparently include a sing-along. Somehow a case sprouts up during the road trip, naturally.

Rizzoli & Isles is a top performer for TNT and fans have been chomping at the bit for new episodes. Luckily it has already been announced that the show will go on to Season 6. According to On Location Vacations, filming for the new season has just started. Angie Harmon and Sasha Alexander have been spotted filming in Los Angeles and viewers will learn more about the new season later this year.

Though there hasn’t been much revealed yet about Tuesday’s winter premiere, the Rizzoli & Isles spoilers do set the stage for an episode filled with what fans love most: the relationship between Jane Rizzoli and Dr. Maura Isles.

Based on teasers for the following episode, titled “Foot Loose,” Angela’s job search will continue for a bit and she will take some time to help Korsak at the Dirty Robber in the meantime. There are plenty of new, enticing cases ahead and fans know that there will be plenty of twists and turns in Jane and Maura’s personal lives that are woven into the episodes too.
