Bethenny Frankel On ‘RHONY’ Season 7, Juggling Parenthood With Her Career
Bethenny Frankel is returning to The Real Housewives of New York City for Season 7, and hoping fans will be entertained by her dynamic with the other women.
In an interview with the Miami Herald on February 16, Frankel said she hoped to bring humor to the Bravo series.
“Hopefully, I can bring the humor angle. Andy Cohen once told me I was the Greek chorus. Believe me, there is no shortage of content.”
Frankel appeared on The Real Housewives of New York City from Season 1 to Season 3, and in October 2014, after taking three seasons off, she announced she was returning. As the Inquisitr reported, Frankel announced the news on her blog.
On October 20, Frankel wrote the following.
“After many years of hesitation, I have decided to return to my roots on ‘The Real Housewives of New York City.’ I have been through a long and arduous road since my departure, and I’m finally coming out on the other side. It finally feels right to go home again.”
After leaving The Real Housewives of New York City after Season 3, Frankel went on to star in her own Bravo series, Bethenny Getting Married, which was later changed to Bethenny Ever After. On the show, fans watched as Frankel walked down the aisle with Jason Hoppy, and the couple welcomed their first child, Bryn Casey. After three seasons, Frankel left the show, and her marriage to Hoppy came to an end.
Now a single mother, Frankel will be showing fans a different side of herself during season seven.
As for how she juggles her reality TV career with parenting her young daughter, Frankel told the Miami Herald it’s all about her organization.
“I do take one day at a time, but you have to be organized, otherwise you can’t think. There are always things to get rid of. I’m very organized, and it’s contagious. I’m in a pretty good place.”
Since her split from Hoppy at the end of 2012, Frankel has been dating Michael “Mac” Cerussi. The couple made their debut one year ago while celebrating the New Year in Miami. Although they haven’t made any red carpet appearances, they will likely be seen together on The Real Housewives of New York City. However, according to a Radar Online report, Cerussi’s appearances will be limited.
Bethenny Frankel will return to Bravo in Season 7 later this year. A premiere date has yet to be announced.
