‘Mob Wives’ Angela ‘Big Ang’ Raiola Says Drita D’Avanzo And Carla Facciolo Didn’t Have Genuine Friendship
Angela “Big Ang” Raiola isn’t taking back what she said about Drita D’Avanzo on Mob Wives. She actually stands by it.
In the latest episode that aired on Wednesday night, Carla Facciolo surprised everyone by showing up to Renee Graziano’s Mob Candy party. The return of Carla, after being away from the show for a season, seemed to be well received by everyone — everyone except Drita, that is. Upon seeing Carla, Drita grabbed her coat and left, claiming that she had to put her girls to bed for school.
Drita’s reaction to Carla’s return surprised many, since they had seemingly had such a good friendship on the previous seasons. According to Carla, that friendship turned out to be fake. Carla claimed that Drita pretended to not see her at the mall a few weeks ago and that Big Ang had warned her two years prior that Drita was not a true friend to her.
As the episode aired, Big Ang admitted that she never thought that Drita and Carla had a genuine friendship. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, a customer whom Big Ang loved was killed outside of her Drunken Monkey bar last summer. Perhaps that incident hardened Big Ang’s resolve to always tell it like it is?
Listen I didn't mean it to cause a fight. But I did always feel that it wasn't a genuine friendship between them.

So what does Drita D’Avanzo have to say about her good friend Angela “Big Ang” Raiola basically throwing her under the bus when it comes to Carla Facciolo? Drita tweeted that she still loves Big Ang.
As Mob Wives aired, Carla posted numerous tweets that criticized Drita for being a fake friend. Yet, Drita continued to deny that she has treated Carla wrong. Drita even tweeted that she sees Carla every other day and that they always greet one another with a kiss. Drita also tweeted that “absolutely nothing” is going on between her and Carla. Drita suspects that Carla is just making things up to start drama.
In a Q&A for OK! Magazine in February, 2014, Drita D’Avanzo responded to a fan who asked whether it’s really true that she stopped talking to Carla Facciolo once she was no longer on Mob Wives, as Carla claimed.
“I worked with Carla for 3 years and had really good times with her. I have nothing bad to say about Carla. I’m not sure if she did say that BUT if she had an issue I would hope she would just text me. My friends text me, not call blogs or talk about our problems on social media. Last time I saw Carla we talked and we were cool so I’m sure that isn’t even true. I have been so busy, any minute I have goes to my kids. Unfortunately I haven’t had much time for anyone.”
