Kim Richards Wants Lisa Rinna To Mind Her Own Business, Says Her Cast Mate Is No Addict Expert
Kim Richards wants Lisa Rinna to stop acting as if she knows anything about addiction. According to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ star, her co-star should stop with the judging and stereotyping.
After explaining her side of what happened at the gay mixer event between herself, Kyle Richards and Brandi Glandville, Kim Richards used her Bravo blog on Friday to air her grievances against cast member Lisa Rinna, who always seems to have a lot to say about Kim’s addiction and recovery.
“I don’t appreciate Lisa R. talking about me in a derogatory way behind my back and about my supposed problems to everyone around us when she doesn’t even really know me or anything about my journey to sobriety.”
Lisa Rinna has expressed during several confessionals on this season’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that she knows a lot about addiction because her husband lost two of his brothers to alcoholism within six months of each other; however, Kim insists this does not an expert make.
“To add fuel to the fire, Lisa R. was going on and on about how she knows all about addicts and how she knows when she meets one, but she is not an expert or a professional, so she shouldn’t be going around judging and stereotyping.”
On Tuesday night’s episode, Lisa Rinna made it very clear she thinks everyone is ignoring the fact that Kim Richards is an addict and that she does not understand why no one wants to address the elephant in the room. Although Lisa published her Bravo blog two days before Kim, she already provided a response to cast mate’s displeasure at her butting in.
“Clearly there is a lot of tip toeing going on around Kim Richards, and I just don’t understand why everyone is so hesitant to approach her about it. There is definitely a reason I am here among this group of women, and maybe it’s to ask questions and to call a spade a spade.”
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Lisa Rinna is not quite finished with Kim Richards just yet. In a sneak peek for the upcoming episode, it seems as if two of the cast are considering staging an intervention for Kim. In addition, Lisa R. finally confronts her co-star on the subject no one seems to want to touch.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m., EST on Bravo.
