Iggy Azalea Is Fuming Mad At Papa John’s Pizza Delivery, She Goes Off On Twitter
Iggy Azalea just wanted to order a pizza. Instead, what she got was text messages from fans after a Papa John’s delivery boy leaked her contact information to family members. Prior to attending the Grammys, Iggy Azalea sent out an angry tweet aimed at Papa John’s. “@PapaJohns was my favorite pizza but the drivers they use give out your personal phone number to their family members,” she wrote in her tweet. However, Papa John’s sent out a relatively lighthearted tweet back to Azalea as a failed attempt at damage control. Instead, it only made the Australian rapper angrier.

A tweet from the Papa John’s Twitter page says, “@iggyazalea #We should have known better. Customer and employee privacy is important to us. Please don’t #bounce us!” An incensed Iggy Azalea responded with, “@PapaJohns I ordered a cheese pizza but instead I got tons of calls and messages like this one.” She then posted a screencap of a text sent to her by a fan who claims that a Papa John’s delivery boy gave her Iggy Azalea’s number.

The text said, “Hello is this iggy azalea my brother had delivered something from Papa John’s to u and he gave me the number on Friday night I am ur number one fan call me back please.” The fan sent out another text message saying, “Is this u please answer u r my idol.”
Clearly pissed off at the invasion of her privacy, Iggy Azalea demanded to know the identity of the Papa John’s delivery boy. However, the company failed to comply and Azalea sent out another tweet. “And the supervisors at @PapaJohns refuse to send pictures of their employees so you can identify who it is that steals your information,” Azalea tweeted and followed it up with, “You know, to protect their privacy … Too bad they didn’t value the privacy of their customers also.”

But it looks like Papa John’s is determined to make this right. A representative for the company released a statement saying that the delivery boy will be disciplined and that they are reaching out to Iggy Azalea to set things straight.
“Privacy of our customers and employees is extremely important to us. Papa John’s has taken appropriate disciplinary action with regard to the employee involved. We are reaching out directly to Ms. Azalea and hope to resolve this incident and make it right,” the statement read.
It is currently unclear what disciplinary actions were taken in regards to the delivery boy.
