Ashley Hebert And J.P. Rosenbaum Of ‘The Bachelorette’ Chat About Parenting Fordham Rhys

Bachelorette stars Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum are doing some media this week, and they are opening up about their life together and their little baby, Fordham Rhys. Ashley, J.P., and Ford live in Miami, Florida, these days, but they’re back in New York for a few interviews. What did the Bachelorette fan favorites have to share about life these days?

J.P. and Ashley welcomed Fordham on September 30, 2014, and they are clearly both over-the-moon for their little guy. The Bachelorette stars share photos of Fordy via social media quite a bit and, while he did make the trip to New York with them, he wasn’t on-camera for Ashley and J.P.’s chat with People. However, the reality TV stars did do plenty of gushing over their little guy.

Ashley is currently at home with Fordham, and J.P. says that he rushes home every day to see what his son is doing now, as he’s changing so quickly. They say that parenting has definitely brought them closer together, and their priorities have changed as they team together to raise their little guy.

When asked if having Ford has lead them to fall in love with one another even more, both quip that they’re not sure that’s even possible as they are already so in love. Out of all the couples from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, fans know that these two have been about the most solid out of the bunch.

Ashley and J.P. joke that as Ford grows, J.P. will be the “bad cop” while Ashley will be the softy. Not long ago, it seemed that the baby was keeping his parents up with some sleepless nights and teething. However, he is seemingly a pretty happy and content baby, and Ashley referred to him as an angel baby in a picture posted during their travels back to New York City.

Though the couple is pretty clearly traveling as part of a media campaign for Puffs, fans are thrilled to get the opportunity for some updates. When asked about who they think Chris Soules will pick on the current season of The Bachelor, J.P. says that he hasn’t zeroed in on any one gal yet as it’s still too much of a trainwreck. Ashley says that she thinks Soules will pick someone who so far has mostly been flying under the radar.

Ashley and J.P. admitted that they only recently even realized that Valentine’s Day is coming up, and they have a tradition that he cooks for her on the romantic day. Apparently, he’s got a cherry-glazed lamb chop recipe that’s become a tradition, and Ashley says he’s a great cook. The Rosenbaums are seemingly living a pretty quiet life in Miami these days, so fans are glad to see them doing some media again to share some stories and fun tidbits.
