Lisa Rinna Discusses Kim Richards’ Addiction Issues, Brandi Glanville’s Comments On ‘RHOBH’

Lisa Rinna was extremely outspoken about Kim Richards’ addiction issues on Tuesday night’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and in her blog, Rinna further discussed Richards’ recent hardships.

On February 10, Rinna shared the following statements in her personal blog.

“Lunch with Brandi was interesting, wasn’t it? So, before we sat down for lunch, I had actually just done her podcast. I really wanted to spend this one-on-one time with her, because I had so many questions that I felt only she could answer. I had also talked to the other women about her and her behavior already, so I felt I needed to speak directly to her.”

Lisa Rinna, along with the majority of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, had watched as Glanville took aim at Kyle Richards in episodes prior, while seemingly covering up the addiction issues Kim appeared to be struggling with.

Because Rinna has dealt with addiction issues within her family, she is extremely knowledgeable about the subject, and felt it was a red flag that Kim would take a pill she wasn’t familiar with.

When Lisa Rinna met with Glanville after appearing on her podcast, she was surprised by the Glanville she was confronted with.

“The Brandi that showed up for lunch was a sensible, empathetic woman who made some pretty powerful statements,” Rinna explained. “Asking for a group intervention with a therapist? There’s a whole lot of meaning behind those words! Discussing how Kim would murder her then kill herself if she found out we were discussing her sobriety was another eye-opening and very telling statement for me.”

During their chat, Glanville said she was protecting Kim by not calling her out on what may have been going on behind closed doors, and claimed if she confronted Kim about her alleged issues, she would die.

“Clearly there is a lot of tip toeing going on around Kim Richards, and I just don’t understand why everyone is so hesitant to approach her about it. There is definitely a reason I am here among this group of women, and maybe it’s to ask questions and to call a spade a spade.”

Lisa Rinna ended her blog with a quote, which read, “Always help someone. You might be the only one who does.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Rinna has also expressed concern in Glanville’s own drinking habits.

“I like Brandi, but she’s a drunk. She needs rehab,” Rinna told Kyle in an episode of the show.
