Selena Gomez And Zedd Shot The ‘I Want You To Know’ Music Video Yesterday
Grammys who? No doubt Selena Gomez and Zedd taped the music event. But it looks like the pair also filmed the music video for their upcoming single “I Want You To Know” in Los Angeles yesterday.
The news comes hot on the heels of Interscope’s accidental slip on their IGA website that the single will be released on February 22 at 21:00 p.m. PST.
Billboard’s Jason Lipshutz also tweeted about Selena and producer/DJ Zedd’s team up on Saturday night.

Tedder, who co-wrote the song, also told the music publication, “I went on a run today and listened to it on repeat in my headphones. And Selena did a bang-up job. She killed it. I’ll leave it at this: I have a good feeling you might hear it before the end of the month.”
Last week, a casting notice went out for male and female extras of all ethnicities, with a 1970s/80s Bianca Jagger meets Halston/Andy Warhol brief for the “I Want You To Know” music video. An added note said filming would begin on Sunday.
The release date was later confirmed by Selena’s post of shot of her Zedd, calling him the Harry to her Sally, along with the caption, “#IWYTK.”
And so, to the shoot.
Easy clues arrived via social media posts of Selena, Zedd, and assorted members of the team working on set. The 22-year-old pop princess shared what appeared to be test shots of herself from the shoot.
Many hours later, Selena shared a filtered group picture most likely from the set.
It was captioned, “I’m better under your reflection….. I Want You To Know,” which are the lyrics from the upcoming single.
Twins Chloe and Marie Bartoli were revealed as the stylists on hand, by Gomez’s personal assistant, Theresa Marie, in an Instagram pic which showed Marie with the sisters.
Videographer Alfredo Flores — who is a mutual pal of Gomez and her former beau Justin Bieber — is also thought to have been on set.
He posted two Instagram snaps on Sunday. One showed a glimpse of a colorful set piece alongside a note which read, “Do your chain hang low?
The second showed a technical reveal of a camera focus, and was captioned, “15+ hours later…. It’s a wrappppp! #FocusedFace”

The video follows previous social media teases of the single by the “Clarity” producer and Selena last month amid a whirl of dinner, bowling, sight-seeing dates, and flirtatious posts before — and after — Zedd arrived in Atlanta, where she has been filming The Revised Fundamentals of Caregiving with actor Paul Rudd.
Zedd and Selena are rumored to be dating following her breakup with Bieber. The couple seemed to unofficially step out when they were snapped holding hands at Golden Globes after parties last month.
“I Want You To Know” appears to be an apt title in more ways than one.
