Johnny Depp And Amber Heard: Marriage Set To Last, Couple’s Cutest Moments In The Spotlight
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have tied the knot, as Inquisitr has recently reported, and the two lovebirds have quite obviously been completely smitten with one another over the entire length of their 4 year relationship that commenced after their meeting on the set of the film The Rum Diary in 2011. It is evident that the two just couldn’t wait to say their “I dos,” so much so that they even went so far as to take the plunge ahead of their scheduled Bahamas wedding ceremony that is reportedly to take place this weekend. Us Weekly relayed the nuptial plans.
Johnny Depp has been known in the past for his secretive and withdrawn-from-the-limelight manner when it comes to the press, and his romances of years gone by, but with Amber Heard at his side, he takes on a whole new persona, as if morphing from Scissorhands to Sparrow. The bohemian-chic duo are always caught in embraces and full on PDA mode when the cameras come out, and it is clear that Depp is keen on making it known just how in love he is with Heard.
The gorgeous and talented couple will continue the celebration, as previously mentioned, this weekend on 51-year old Depp’s private island in the Bahamas, while enjoying the company of their 50 guests during an intimate and undoubtedly spectacular ceremony.
When Depp was asked about the bit of paradise he owns, the actor responded with a heartfelt reply that would make anyone sigh. Fame 10 recounts Johnny’s words.
“I don’t think I’d ever seen any place so pure and beautiful. You can feel your pulse rate drop about 20 beats. It’s instant freedom.”
This will be the second wedding for Depp, who never married his long-time girlfriend of 14 years, Vanessa Paradis, but did marry Lori Anne Allison from 1983-1985, and this will be the first marriage for Heard.
According to Us Weekly, friends of the 28-year-old bride have indicated that Heard is sharing details about the event and has admitted she will be wearing a custom Stella McCartney wedding gown.
The private nuptials came merely months after rumors began flying that the couple was headed for a split, as Daily Mail reported back in January. Depp and Heard quickly stifled any floating rumors while they graced the red carpet with their presence at the Mortdecai premiere, in which Depp played the lead character, Mortdecai. The publication noted that the “couple were unable to hide their smiles as they posed for pictures at the exclusive event.”
The love between the two is clearly strong, and the upcoming weekend ceremony is sure to be breathtakingly beautiful. Perhaps it will be held on one of the many beaches that surround the private island, and surely Depp will name one of them after Amber as he already has named one after his ex and the mother of his children, Vanessa Paradis.
