Did Bobbi Kristina Brown Want To Die In A Bathtub Like Her Mom?
Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unconscious in her bathtub over the weekend, not unlike how her mother, Whitney Houston, was found three years ago. While there hasn’t been any word on whether Brown was trying to kill herself or if her situation was an accident, a new report claims that the 21-year-old was obsessed by the fact that her mom died in a bathtub. According to the Mirror, Whitney and Bobby Brown’s daughter struggled with depression, and she always talked about her mother’s tragic death — especially how her mom died.
“She was seemingly obsessed by it – strangely more so than last year or the year before. She talked more about that anniversary, than her recent first wedding anniversary,” shared a source.
Bobbi Kristina Brown remains in the ICU at a hospital in Georgia today. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Brown is on a ventilator and has been placed in a medically induced coma. While she is listed in “stable” condition, the outlook is indeed grim. Focus has shifted a bit now, and the public seems to be wanting answers. Many are wondering if Bobbi Kristina tried to harm herself, or if she tried to recreate her mother’s death because she was struggling with it for so long. February 11, 2015, marks the three year anniversary of Whitney’s passing.
“It’s been a difficult time for Bobbi Kristina, who’s struggled in the years after her mother’s death. [She] has been vacillating between extremes for a while now and is fighting grief and demons of her own creation. The loss of her mom and her intense craving for attention of any sort are just the tip of her mountain of issues,” a source told People Magazine.
Bobbi Kristina Brown reportedly gave family a spot of hope as she showed “minimal response” in a brain function test. According to TMZ, this could delay any discussion of turning off the life support machine. Meanwhile, a contradicting report comes from News Channel 2 in Atlanta’s Jessica Jaglois.
A source close to the family tells me that anyone who isn’t at the hospital now needs to get there as it doesn’t look good. #BobbiKristina

A source tells me the family will make the decision to take Bobbi Kristina off life support within the next few days. #PrayForBobbiKristina — JessicaJagloisWSB (@JessicaJagsWSB) February 2, 2015
Many are hoping for a miracle at this point, but it sounds like Bobbi Kristina may have the same fate as her mother.
