Breaking: Whitney Houston’s Daughter Bobbi Kristina Found Unresponsive In Bathtub, Is Now Stable [Updated]
Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, was found on Saturday morning unresponsive in a bathroom at her home in Atlanta. According to TMZ, Bobbi Kristina was rushed to a hospital and is now breathing.
According to the Roswell police, who responded to the 911 call, she was found by her husband, Nick Gordon, and a friend. When Bobbi Kristina was found in the bathtub, her husband and friend started to give her CPR until the police and paramedics arrived on the scene.
Once police arrived, they continued to perform CPR on Houston’s daughter and took her to the hospital by ambulance. TMZ reports that Bobbi Kristina is now stable and breathing.
As many know, Bobbi Kristina’s mother, Whitney Houston, was found dead face down in the bathtub of her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton hotel in 2012. At the time, she was in town for mentor Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party. Houston showed up at the party and left with her assistant, and then went to Neiman Marcus.
With limited time, the Grammys rushed to do a tribute to the singer by enlisting Jennifer Hudson to sing Houston’s “I Will Always Love You.” Host LL Cool J made his own tribute with a brief eulogy.
“The only thing that feels right is to begin with a prayer, for a woman that we loved, for our fallen sister, Whitney Houston. Heavenly father we thank you for sharing Whitney Houston with us. Today our thoughts are with her mother, her daughter, and all of her loved ones.”
A coroner’s report revealed Houston was “acutely intoxicated from cocaine.”
As for Bobbi Kristina, this story is still developing.
