‘The Walking Dead’ Spoilers: Two Characters May Die, Beth’s Death Will Cause Big Trouble
The Walking Dead will give Beth a proper send off when the show returns, but an attempt to honor the girl is going to go horribly wrong. Fans should also get ready to experience more loss during the second half of season 5 — the series may kill off two more members of Rick Grimes’ group.
The repercussions of Beth’s death could include more carnage during the midseason premiere of The Walking Dead. Viewers already know that the girl’s demise is going to be hard on the whole group of survivors, but a TV Line report suggests that her demise isn’t just going to cause emotional turmoil.
“Proving once again that no good deed goes unpunished, Rick’s attempt to honor Beth doesn’t just go badly, it goes catastrophically badly.”
A Walking Dead sneak peek for the midseason premiere shows a scene from Beth’s funeral, and it looks pretty peaceful. Maggie’s little sister is buried on the edge of a green field, and Father Gabriel speaks a few words. However, the clip ends with the group urgently running across a parking lot with their weapons drawn.
So is the TV Line report suggesting that a group of walkers will crash Beth’s funeral, or does Rick do something more to honor Beth Greene? The girl died saving Noah’s life, so perhaps Rick will do something to help Noah during the midseason premiere of The Walking Dead.
According to Wetpaint, the group of survivors will likely head to a place called Shirewilt Estates before they make it to the much talked-about Alexandria Safe-Zone. AMC’s synopsis for the midseason premiere, “What Happened and What’s Going On,” confirms that the group will go on a little detour.
“After all the recent trials the group has faced, a slight detour might prove to be the solution they’ve been looking for.”
Perhaps Noah has family at Shirewilt and asks the group to accompany him there.
According to Wetpaint, a Walking Dead fan recorded footage of the group filming on the Shirewilt Estates set, and it definitely didn’t look like a safe place to stay. Noah was seen getting attacked by two walkers, and Rick was heard saying that group must leave because the area was overrun. So will any characters lose their lives at Shirewilt?
Things definitely don’t look good for two Walking Dead characters. The Spoiling Dead Fans reports that a fan spotted a bloody Tyreese being aided by Glenn and Rick on the Shirewilt Estates set. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Tyreese actor Chad Coleman has been cast in the upcoming Syfy series The Expanse. This definitely makes it seem like his days are numbered.
Things also don’t look good for Noah. According to Entertainment Weekly, the actor who plays the character, Tyler James Williams, recently joined CBS’ upcoming Criminal Minds spinoff. However, Noah fans can still hold out hope that the kindhearted character won’t meet his demise on The Walking Dead — it’s possible that he’ll simply leave the group after finding a few of his family members. He might even decide to head back to the hospital after discovering how hard it is to survive on the outside.
Fans of the show will be sad to see Tyreese and Noah go, but the series needs to make room for all the new characters who will soon be introduced. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Ross Marquand and Alexandra Breckenridge are joining the cast, and a character from The Walking Dead companion series will appear for a six-episode arc. The Alexandria Safe-Zone is going to be full of fresh faces, and it’s presumed that Lennie James will get more screen time once Morgan Jones finally catches up to Rick’s group.
The Walking Dead returns February 8 on AMC. Will you miss Tyreese and Noah if they get killed off?
