WWE News: Triple H Calling Out Sting At ‘Fast Lane’ — Big Main Event Match Announced
Through all the drama that took place at the Royal Rumble, afterward, and on Monday, there is another Pay-Per-View coming up that isn’t called WrestleMania 31, and it is happening in February. Fast Lane is just about a month away, and The Authority has already called out Sting and announced a huge main event.
First of all, Triple H hopped on the Twitter account of The Authority and officially called out Sting.
Per The Authority: @WWE COO @TripleH has challenged @Sting to meet face to face at #WWEFastLane Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015 on the @WWENetwork.

Sting has only shown up twice in WWE to this point. He made his debut at Survivor Series back in November and then at the Raw Reunion last week. Both times, he got the better of Triple H and The Authority. It looks like Sting will show up at Fast Lane to officially get his WrestleMania match with Triple H.
Shortly after that announcement, The Authority got back on Twitter to announce a huge main event for Fast Lane.
Per the Office of The Authority and COO @TripleH: @JohnCena will face @RusevBUL at the #WWEFastLane on the @WWENetwork. @WWE — The Authority (@WWEsAuthority) January 27, 2015
The match between John Cena and Rusev is one that many thought may have been saved for WrestleMania 31. That could possibly still happen, as their match at Fast Lane may end by shenanigans and the feud could continue another month, per Wrestling Inc.
Seeds for a John Cena versus Rusev feud were planted after the Royal Rumble on Sunday night when they went head-to-head-backstage.

Rusev has yet to be defeated by pin or submission since his debut in WWE.
Mind you, the Twitter account for The Authority is brand new and has only those two posts so far.
Rumors have been swirling around for Fast Lane with the arena actually advertising a Last Man Standing match between Roman Reigns and Big Show. That has not been confirmed by WWE, and could just be a place-filler.
It’s also known that Brock Lesnar will most likely not defend the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Fast Lane. According to WrestleZone, announcers said numerous times that “Roman Reigns will face Brock Lesnar at ‘WrestleMania'” during Sunday night’s Royal Rumble.
Fast Lane will be held on February 22 and leave a little over a month until WrestleMania 31. It is now known that John Cena will take on Rusev, and Sting has been challenged by Triple H so he will likely show up as well.
