Chaz Bono Keeps Weight Off, Looks Handsome Years After Gender Reassignment Surgery [Photos]

Chaz Bono was spotted out and about in Los Angeles this week, and he is looking great. According to Radar Online, Cher’s son (who was born a female) has been very successful with his diet and exercise plan, and is looking better than ever before. He has come a long way, and it looks like he is really doing well.

“I’ve just changed the way I eat. Diets don’t work. You just have to change what you eat, and I have,” Chaz previously said about his weight loss.

He really started transforming his body during rehearsals for Dancing with the Stars back in 2011.

Chaz Bono, 45, has been keeping to himself lately. As Mail Online points out, this is the first time that Chaz has been spotted in about six months.

“The last time Chaz was seen in public was in July after a grocery run to Trader Joe’s in LA. He already appeared much trimmer at that time than he did back in 2010 when he was at his heaviest,” reports Mail Online.

According to TMZ, Chaz worked hard to get himself where he is today. It wasn’t always an easy road, but it’s what was right for Chaz, and it’s great to see so many people support him.

“Bono has dropped a lot of weight and has transitioned into a healthy and chiseled guy.”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Chaz appeared on an episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race last April. On the show, Chaz opened up about trans issues, and talked about what made him want to become an activist for the LGBTQ community. He has certainly been an inspiration to those who have gone through the same thing as he went through in his life.

“You know, there was a number of years where I knew I was transgender but was afraid to do anything about it. And so it was kind of important for me to kind of give that back. I figured there’s other people out there like me who are stuck,” Chaz said at the time.
