Source: Justin Bieber NOT Writing A ‘Diss Song’ About Taylor Swift
Justin Bieber isn’t writing a “diss song” about Taylor Swift, despite a story from Hollywood Life claiming otherwise.
The notorious website topped Gossip Cop’s “Worst Outlet in Celebrity Journalism” tables last November, and was previously slammed by Selena Gomez and Austin Mahone over fabricated stories.
Last summer, Hollywood Life led the news cycle on a merry dance with fake allegations of Gomez supposedly feuding with Swift. More recently, after the site claimed for weeks that Taylor was dating The 1975’s Matt Healy, the frontman denied it as a “farce.”
Fast forward to Hollywood Life’s latest claim, that Bieber “has plans to diss his haters” on his new, upcoming album as “revenge” for supposed slights.
An alleged “source” is quoted as saying, “He [Bieber] has worked on songs hitting back at all his critics.”
“There was even buzz that he was writing a diss song vaguely about Taylor Swift,” the site adds, while bringing up past instances of Swift’s well-known dislike for Bieber.
The outlet adds, “Excuse us while we envision Justin singing a form of ‘haters gonna hate, hate, hate’ with his smooth voice.”
Suffice it to say, the claim that Justin is writing a “diss song” about Taylor is false, Gossip Cop reports.
The watchdog outlet adds, “A real-life source, who is close to Bieber, tells Gossip Cop that there’s ‘no truth’ to speculation that he’s writing a song about Swift.”
Hollywood Life’s Bieber-Swift falsehood comes amid the continuing stream of stories from the site, citing a seemingly endless supply of sources with intimate access to celebrities.
Yet, time and time again the outlet’s claims are proved to be incorrect.
After reporting a slew of clearly made-up claims about the supposed conversation Gomez and Bieber had during their recent steakhouse dinner in Beverly Hills, the website is now claiming Bruce Jenner has warned Kendall not to hang out with Justin.
This will likely come as news to the Estee Lauder model, who told Nightline last year that the Canadian singer is a “longtime family friend.”
It cannot have escaped anyone’s attention, that Hollywood Life churns out an unrealistic proportion of speculation-based claims masquerading as factual “Exclusives!” on a daily basis.
In closing, as per Gossip Cop, a source close to Bieber has categorically denied that he is writing any kind of “diss song” about Swift in his new music, and slams the story as having “no truth.”
