For most people who know the name “August Alsina,” we first heard of him when fans of Alsina blasted his beautiful “I Luv This S**t” song all over the place, an anthem to doing what you want to do, when you want to do it. But now the crooner is back in the headlines because of this TMZ video showing August Alsina getting into a fight backstage, ironically at an event that was promoting non-violence.
The aptly named “State Of Emergency 2” show wasn’t the first time Alsina has been captured in videos fighting with others. The Saturday night affair, which was held at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, featured August fighting with another aptly-named Loose Cannon Slim because Alsina reportedly showed up late. August is pictured shirtless in the fight video, wherein you can hear a woman screaming for others to get off a man who has been knocked down to the ground and is being kicked, reportedly Slim. Alsina was eventually pulled off of Slim as Fabolous makes an appearance in the popular video, too, allegedly holding a drink.
Previously, a YouTube video titled “?August Alsina Stops Show, Causes A Riot At His Concert After Fan Steals His Hat!?” by WorldStarHipHopTV was the most popular Alsina fight video around, with more than 180,000 views in the seven months since it was uploaded to YouTube. And then there was the YouTube video titled “ ? TSR Exclusive: August Alsina Gets Into Heated Argument With Promoter In The Club ‘Don’t Play Me!’”? that received more than 50,000 views in four months, alleging that Alsina got into a big fuss with a concert promoter.
Alsina is one who is known not to hold his tongue, such as when August apologized to Keshia Chante, of 106th and Park, after August was rude to her when she asked him about any beef with Trey Songz, as can bee seen in the ?”August Alsina Apologize to Keshia Chante on 106th and Park?” video – one that has pulled in nearly half a million views in eight months.
August Alsina looked a lot calmer in other situations, such as when Nicki Minaj visited Alsina in the hospital , as reported by the Inquisitr . The August Alsina Instagram account nor the verified August Alsina Twitter page have any mention or reference to this latest fight video as of this writing. According to All Hip Hop , these camps have previously fought.
