Pregnant Jessica Biel And Justin Timberlake Become Entrepreneurs, From Organic Cafe To Tech [Video]
Preparing for parenthood hasn’t slowed down pregnant Jessica Biel and hubby Justin Timberlake. In addition to their entertainment industry enterprises, the duo are energized by their entrepreneurial efforts. And for superstar singer Timberlake, that focuses on a chip designed to optimize devices’ sound quality, reported Tech Crunch.
Called AfterMaster, the chip is designed to work with any device, with the focus to enhance the audio. The result is intended to provide high-fidelity audio equipment equivalents for such low-tech tasks as streaming Spotify through an inexpensive desktop speaker.
In addition to partnering with ON Semiconductor to make the technology available on a minute microchip that can be embedded into devices, AfterMaster boasts Justin Timberlake as its co-owner. That “Suit & Tie” just might come in handy for his office visits.
However, for uber-fans already wailing with woe about whether Justin will continue his music career, Timberlake shows no signs of slowing down when it comes to singing, points out VH1 News. The dancing dude continues to release albums and singles while touring.
And for an indication of Timberlake’s devotion to satisfying his fans, consider that in 18 months, he visited multiple cities for 19 different shows and performed on Saturday Night Live.
As the Inquisitr reported, Justin just completed his 20/20 Experience World Tour, which raked in $231.7 million. The tour took 14 months, with 1.9 million fans attending his 128 performances. As a result of the uber-hot pop star’s efforts, he’s won the No. 1 ranking in the weekly Hot Tours tally.
An entrepreneur in her own right, Timberlake’s pregnant wife Jessica Biel is opening a restaurant, reports People magazine. An organic, kid-friendly cafe, it’s been named Au Fudge.
The restaurant is scheduled to open in spring 2015, and the cafe announced via Instagram that it just received its permit.
“Be ready to get #fudged soon!!! Au Fudge finally got it’s permits!!”
A bakery will be included in the attraction, and hungry people can look for it to open at 9010 Melrose Ave. in West Hollywood, California in May.
“They’ve run into the usual snags and delays any new restaurant owner has, but it looks like they’re on track now,” said a source.
Why the focus on organic? Biel believes in sourcing food directly from local organic farms, reported E! News. Jessica views it as an important part of eating right, which is especially important to her now that she’s pregnant, said an insider.
“She has been having deliveries from local farms so she can eat fresh organic produce and be as healthy as possible throughout the pregnancy. Being healthy is really important to her. She is very aware of the importance of eating well. She wants to have the best pregnancy possible.”
