Brandi Edwards: School Social Worker Has Sex In Car, Forest With Chicago Boy

When Brandi Edwards isn’t having sex with students in her car, she actually has a good work ethic, she says. But today, Brandi Dominique Edwards, a high school social worker in training, is in a world of trouble for having sex with a teen boy in her car in Illinois. According to the Chicago Tribune, police have charged the woman with criminal sexual assault. The victim is a 16-year-old boy who attended the Rise Alternative High School in Chicago Heights.

The 26-year-old intern had been in the relationship with the student for several months. According to police records, Brandi Dominique Edwards gave the student her cell phone number by placing it in his journal.

From there, the two exchanged sexual text messages and arranged to meet. Brandi Edwards met with the boy on at least four occasions for sex. The first sexual encounter took place in her car behind the boy’s house. The second sexual encounter happened near his house, and a third encounter happened at a forest preserve, according to the Daily Mail.

The forbidden couple only met up for sex one time at a hotel. Law enforcement authorities say Edwards has already admitted to the affair, and has been forthcoming about all of the events leading up to their relationship.

Brandi Edwards holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, and is currently pursing a Master’s degree. She has also worked as a crisis counselor helping at-risk students. According to one of her online job seeker’s profiles, she states the following.

“I am young aspiring college student currently at Governors State University.(). It was through the Governors State interdisciplinary program that I grew more in love with the social work field. I listen very well to each child and to make them feel safe and welcomed am very upbeat and friendly()I have an extremely good work ethic, in that I am always on time for work and I come knowing that customer satisfaction is the top priority.”

A baffled and seemingly angry judge confined the woman to her home in the 14900 block of Wilco Drive, and told her not to step “foot” outside the home for any reason. The disgraced woman is also forbidden from contacting the boy in person or on social media.

The Brandi Edwards case is not the only case involving teachers who are having sexual affairs with students. The Inquisitr has reported on several of these cases just within the last few weeks.
