Mike Shay & Scheana Marie’s Wedding Drama Revealed

Mike Shay and Scheana Marie got married in July 2014, and fans are about to see it all go down on Vanderpump Rules.

In a new interview, Marie opened up about the drama that occurred at her wedding to Mike Shay in July 2014, as well as Kristen Doute’s behavior during her bachelor/bachelorette weekend in Miami.

“The drama doesn’t stop with our group of friends,” Marie revealed to Hollywood Life, during a recent podcast.

“I felt like there were people [in Miami] who I wanted to send back to L.A. on a plane very quickly… Kristen! I invited her when we were friends, and that was a very long time ago, and then it was like, you know, what happened at my birthday party, and I disinvited her, and then she re-invited herself, and I’m like, ‘OK, I guess you’re coming.’ We were all on the same flight. We filmed some stuff in the airport and on the plane, just little selfie videos, and we all ended up going together, and once we got there, I’m like, ‘OK, maybe this will work out. Maybe she can be a grownup. After what she did on my birthday, maybe she can prove she still deserves to come to my wedding.'”

As fans will recall, Doute and her boyfriend, James Kennedy, engaged in a fight with Tom Sandoval at Marie’s birthday party, which resulted in Marie’s foot being sliced open and Mike Shay’s father getting pushed. Although Sandoval created an apology video shortly after the incident happened, Doute never really apologized, according to Marie, and chose to instead place the blame on everyone else.

Sandoval’s apology to Marie and Shay was as follows.

“Hey [Mike] Shay, what’s up, man? I’m really sorry about everything that happened. James got in my face and there was a lot of pent up frustration. Please tell Scheana that I’m really, really sorry, and I’m sorry for pushing your dad. I totally understand why your brother jumped in and hit me. I didn’t mean to do anything to your dad.”

As a result of the fight, which happened at Mike Shay’s work, Marie’s now-husband was put back at the “bottom of the totem pole” by his bosses.

Although Marie didn’t confront Doute about her behavior at her birthday party, or her bachelorette celebration, she wishes she had said something — and done something — in Miami.

“I wish I told her to shut up, I wish I had thrown a drink in her face.”

As for the wedding drama, Marie, who the Inquisitr reported still works at SUR Lounge, said she hasn’t seen the entire scene, but from what she’s seen, it’s “one thing after another.”

“Every single person had their own issues that night.”

Marie even revealed someone “gets punched in the face, twice.”
