When it comes to weight loss after baby, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian have gone public in sharing just how they’ve mastered the art of post-pregnancy pounds-off success. And while Kim has chosen a more conventional route of diet and exercise, as detailed below, Kourtney is earning new attention with her disclosure that she’s enjoying placenta pills, reported Cosmopolitan.

Kourtney tweeted her fondness for the pills, emphasizing that she’s serious in recommending them.

So just what’s the magic behind this option? In theory, eating the placenta provides an energy boost while battling depression. Women can either use the direct eating route, or as Kourtney shared, swallow the ground-up placenta in capsule form.

For Kim, however, as the Inquisitr reported, diet plus exercise have been the keys to her weight loss success. She relies on celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak to push her to the limit, and Kanye West sometimes joins his wife for support.

In addition, Kim uses the high-fat low-carb ketogenic Atkins diet to boost her weight loss. That means plenty of protein, healthy fats, and non-starchy vegetables.

“Her assistant has a bag of celery sticks with her at all times,” said a source. “She doesn’t really drink, but she likes a glass of red wine with dinner and coffee in the morning, but her Atkins mania won’t allow her those anymore.”

But although the sisters share the bond of motherhood, it’s not love between the two, reported Life and Style. The contention stems from Kim’s game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood.

The popular app has grossed more than $200 million, but based on the preview for Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian has issued a cease and desist order resulting from the app.

Kourtney threatening to sue Kim after discovering that her sister had included her face without her permission, said a source. She also wanted to be paid for the privilege of using her image.

“Kim definitely wanted her mom and sisters in the game. Khloé agreed to be in it, and Kris agreed, too. But Kourtney wanted a payday.

So Kourtney sent Kris a cease and desist letter that was directed at Kim. It was basically a big ‘F-you’ to Kim. She didn’t want to be included in the game without being paid!”

However, Kim has refused.

“She feels like she’s the one who got them all famous anyway,” revealed the insider.
