Ellen DeGeneres Divorce: ‘Crisis’ Between Ellen, Portia De Rossi Sparks Split Rumors Again

Ellen DeGeneres divorce rumors have found their way to the internet yet again. According to InTouch Weekly(via Gossip Cop), Ellen and her wife, Portia de Rossi, are having marital problems, and Ellen recently decided to stop going to counseling. Evidently the two “argue over everything,” but try to keep their problems hidden from the public eye. The new rumors claim that Ellen is worried that Portia is going to leave her — for a man.

“They’re always trying to downplay their problems, but privately they’re still arguing over everything. Ellen’s decide to stop going to marriage counseling. She thought it was too time-consuming and a waste. Ellen is so insecure. She’s terrified Portia is going to meet someone younger and prettier. She’s not just worried about Portia meeting another woman, either. Her biggest fear is that Portia will go back to men.”

According to MStarz, the recent rumors of problems between the talk show host and the actress have reignited split chatter, which seems to creep up every now and again despite how many times the two deny that there is anything negative going on between them. Another day, another story.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, these rumors aren’t anything new. With Portia supposedly in and out of rehab for her addiction to whatever the media creates at the given time, there seems to be this going thought that things aren’t as rosy at home as they seem.

However, the newest rumors have already been debunked by Gossip Cop, the site getting word from a source close to the couple who called the latest claims “stupid” and “totally false.” Naturally, no one would come forward to confirm anything of the sort, because even if the rumors were true, this isn’t something that the power couple would want people to know about. And why would they? Although some people seem to think that celebrity relationships are everyone’s business, a lot of these issues are preferably handled privately.

Ellen and Portia have a regular marriage that likely has normal ups and downs. However, the two of them seem super happy and in love with each other when they are in public — so either they are great at faking it, or the media is just constantly getting it wrong. According to the Huffington Post, the two attended the People’s Choice Awards together (photographed above), and they didn’t look like they were having any issues with one another.
