RHOC season 10 has begun filming. Two weeks into the new year, returning cast member Shannon Beador took to her Instagram page and shared a photo of herself and two new ladies, who will likely be featured on the coming season.
“RHOC has begun once again! Had so much fun filming today! #RHOC #bestfriends,” Beador captioned the photo on January 12.
Although Reality Tea claimed Amanda Timmons, wife of 98 Degrees singer Jeff Timmons, would be joining the show for Season 10, Timmons was not one of the women who posed with Beador, and Rumorfix recently confirmed she would not be included on the show after speaking to her husband.
“Amanda was excited about the opportunity. We explored it and during the process we got approached by Pilgrim Studios. They want to do a follow-doc based on our family. We can co-produce the show and have control. Amanda was honored to be considered to be on the Housewives, but we would rather have our own show. Whether they cast her or not, she’s not doing that.”
As the Inquisitr reported, RHOC Season 10 may see the return of Jeana Keough , who appeared on the series for Seasons 1–5.
“Bravo has reached out to Jeana,” an insider revealed to Radar Online .
“They have asked her what is going on in her life with the hopes of understanding what a potential storyline for her could be.”
“[Keough] has had lots of changes going on in her life. Her daughter recently got married, her oldest son is dating someone new, and she has two exchange students that live with her and keep her busy!”
When fans last saw Keough on the show, her and her co-star, Gunvalson, weren’t on the best terms, but since she left, they have rekindled their friendship.
“Vicki and Jeana are still good friends. Vicki has made it publicly known on social media that she would love Jeana to come back, and the two definitely would have a great relationship.”
Although Bravo has yet to confirm the news of Keough’s return, the source claimed the mother of two was expected to return for Season 10 in a full-time role, just as she had during the first five seasons.
“Since the show was initially built around Jeana, it wouldn’t make sense for her to be [an official housewife]. Hopefully they would want to honor her legacy in the franchise and give her a full-time position.”
No premiere date for Season 10 of RHOC has been announced.
