Grand Theft Auto V for the PC has run into a bit of a snag as Rockstar has pushed the release date back to March 24. In a post on the RockStar Newswire , the developer posted some of the first screen shots of the new version that will look like alone with the official system specifications for this giant open world game.

Rockstar was quick to apologize right out of the game on their blog post, letting gamers know they were sorry for the delay, but had good reason to push back the release date of GTA V.

“Our apologies for the slight shift in the date but the game requires a few extra weeks of testing and polish to make it as good as can be. Moving a release date is never a decision we take lightly and is a choice we make only when we know it is in the best interests of the game and our fans. Thanks everyone for your understanding and we assure you these few extra weeks will be worth it when the game does arrive in March.”

Grand Theft Auto V on PC looks stunning and if a delay to March 24 keeps it that way, it is the right choice to make. One look at any of the screenshots available on the blog post showcase a stunning 1080p resolution at a silky smooth 60 frames per second. The game will also support 4K resolutions as well as triple monitor configurations for those who have the disposable income.
