Will Stassi Schroeder Return For ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Season 4? Lisa Vanderpump Weighs In
Stassi Schroeder recently hinted she may not be on board with a possible fourth season of Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules. Although the reality star still lives in Los Angeles, the strain of starring in a drama-filled series may not be something she wants to be involved with.
As the Inquisitr reported last week, Schroeder recently spoke to In Touch Weekly, revealing she doesn’t want to do reality TV again.
“I don’t want to do reality TV again. It’s just not where my head’s at anymore! I’m happiest these days just being at home with (my boyfriend) Patrick.”
Stassi Schroeder also told the magazine that Bravo had edited her to look like a mean girl.
“There are so many things I’ve said as a joke, but they don’t show me laughing after. I have no control over what’s shown!”
Also she admitted she’s “always been an aggressive person,” she said she tries to “treat people kindly.”
Following Stassi Schroeder’s interview, Lisa Vanderpump, star of Vanderpump Rules and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, spoke to Perez Hilton, revealing she was not impressed with Schroeder’s Season 3 behavior.
“A lot of nasty, negative things said about everybody else, including me, which I think is a shame really, at this point, because I think at SUR, they were like family, and I think we gave her some great opportunities. It’s a shame, but I guess people learn from their own mistakes.”
While Vanderpump didn’t reveal whether or not Schroeder would be back, she certainly appeared to make it clear she wouldn’t be missed if she didn’t return. Stassi Schroeder also addressed her possible exit from the series in a second interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
When asked if she’d want to be a reality star forever, Schroeder said the following.
“Absolutely not. Most people do reality TV as a stepping stone. They can use it as a platform. Anyone who chooses to do reality TV for the sake of doing reality TV has to be insane. I’m kind of over the reality TV thing. It’s too stressful. It really is stressful. There’s so much negativity.”
She also explained why she’s often perceived as the mean girl of the show.
“I know I’m not, like, the spreader of light all the time, but there’s sooo much negativity, and everybody’s judging you, and everyone’s saying awful things, and you’re being paid to take each other down. It’s just kind of rough.”
