Lisa Vanderpump Claims Brandi Glanville’s ‘WWHL’ Wine Toss Was Not A Joke?
Lisa Vanderpump doesn’t believe Brandi Glanville and Jeff Lewis were joking around during their appearance on Watch What Happens Live last week. In a new interview, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star claimed Glanville’s wine toss was the real thing.
“I did actually watch it myself, because I am also a good friend of Jeff Lewis, and I didn’t quite understand it, really,” Lisa Vanderpump told Perez Hilton on the red carpet at The World Dog Awards on Saturday.
“She was tweeting afterwards saying it was, like, fixed or something. I kind of thought it was inappropriate. Whether it was a joke, it looked like it was a joke that went wrong. I didn’t quite get it, but you know what? I think after all these episodes we can safely say I don’t really get what she does, at all, hence the slap, hence the wine in the face at Eileen Davidson. Maybe, I think where I come from, most people come from, that’s not normal behavior.”
When Glanville joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during Season 2, she and Lisa Vanderpump hit it off, and by Season 3, the pair were best friends. However, after a tense Season 4, Glanville and Vanderpump stopped communicating.
Sadly, it seems not much has changed between them.
“She does say a lot of things in interviews, you know, I love Lisa and all those kind of things, which is a definite change from last year, because last year she was touting me as this awful person, so I’m still the same person, but her perception of me, now she loves me again, but I tend to not invest in that too much. I did that once and I don’t do that again.”
As the Inquisitr reported on January 7, Glanville appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Lewis last Tuesday. On the show, Glanville threw her glass of wine on the interior designer, and proceeded to burst into tears.
After the show, Glanville took to Twitter, where she claimed the incident was a complete set up, and alleged she and Lewis were good friends in a series of tweets.
“People @JLJeffLewis & I were joking! We are good friends!I turned around cuz I couldn’t stop laughing we wanted to fool Andy! #wefooledandy.”
“Just getting bAck to my hotel. It was just jokes for @Andy sake although @JLJeffLewis might have deserved it!#heartu #1st2foolAndy.”
