Justin Bieber’s Grandparents Injured In Car Accident

The grandparents of pop superstar and teen heartthrob Justin Bieber were injured on Tuesday morning when they were involved in a car accident, family for the maternal grandparents say they are doing well.

Bruce and Diane Dale were driving on Tuesday morning when they careened off into a ditch after hitting a patch of slushy snow.

The accident is reported to have occurred just outside of Stratford, Ontario, Bieber’s hometown.

News of the accident was revealed by the “Never Say Never” hitmaker’s mother Pattie Mallette who tweeted:

“My parents got into a car accident today. They flipped into a ditch & totaled the car but thank God they are alive! My dad has broken ribs. Plz pray 4 him 4 quick healing! Count your blessings & forgive ur parents always. U never know what tomorrow holds!!! (sic).”

According to Ontario Police Constable Kees Wijnands the car rolled over before striking a small tree and then landing back on its wheels.

After the accident Bruce was rushed to the hospital and treated, both grandparents are now back at home recovering from the ordeal.

Justin Bieber shares a close bond with his grandparents, when his mother became pregnant as a teenager it was grandma and grandpa who stepped in to help raise their grandchild.
