Andi Dorfman-Josh Murray Wedding Update: Has ‘The Bachelorette’ Couple Set A Date? [Updated]
Updated: Much to the surprise of many Bachelorette fans, Andi and Josh have split and their rep has confirmed the break-up.
Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray walked the red carpet of ABC’s The Bachelor 2015 premiere Monday night, and fans were thrilled to get an update on them. While Andi and Josh still share quite a bit via social media, this was a fun opportunity for fans of the show to see them together and sharing a bit about how things are going for them. What did they reveal? Have they set a wedding date?
Josh and Andi got engaged on The Bachelorette season finale last spring, and they had made it sound as if they would likely be getting married this spring. Have Andi and Josh pinned down a wedding date yet? Fans may be a bit disappointed to find out that they haven’t, at least it doesn’t sound like it.
This Bachelorette couple has been busy traveling and enjoying life as an engaged couple, and it seems they may keep doing that for a bit. They most definitely did not pin down any kind of timeframe for their wedding and kept things pretty vague.
As Andi and Josh talked with Chris Harrison on The Bachelor 2015 premiere red carpet, they were, of course, asked about wedding plans. Josh said that they’re looking forward to settling down, relaxing and having some fun together before walking down the aisle. Andi says that she thinks once you start planning, you can’t really stop, so she’s got to really be ready to plan.
The fact that Dorfman and Murray haven’t fully thrown themselves into wedding planning may come as a bit of a surprise to fans as not that long ago they were in New York at bridal shows and made it seem that they were ready to get things in place. The vague answers they gave may end up getting some Bachelorette fans buzzing that there’s trouble in paradise, but these two did look genuinely happy together.
Throughout the chat with Harrison, Andi was rubbing Josh’s back, and they were quite affectionate with one another. The two recently chatted with Go To Whitney when they were at Harrah’s The Pool After Dark, and they talked a bit about wedding planning then too.
In that chat, Andi and Josh said that they can’t give too many details away yet, and not all of the details are ironed out. However, they said that it will be a fun wedding. The Bachelorette couple also talked about what a whirlwind life has been since the finale as they are doing a lot of traveling and charity work and having a lot of fun. Just in the past couple of weeks, for example, they’ve been to Florida, Kansas, Las Vegas and California while squeezing in a fun night out for New Year’s Eve.
Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried are getting married this month, while Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul teased a summer wedding. When will Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray’s wedding plans come together? Bachelorette fans are anxious for some progress, but for now they’ll have to hold tight and wait a bit.
