Justin Timberlake And Pregnant Jessica Biel Talk Paleo Diets, Career Demands, And Romance [Video]
As Jessica Biel’s baby bump grows, the expecting mom seems to glow. Future daddy Justin Timberlake is equally excited. Some wondered whether the touring singer-songwriter would settle down, however, in time to do diaper duty. But Timberlake lived up to his reputation of being a nice guy by finishing his world tour while ringing in the New Year, reported the Las Vegas Sun.
“It’s 2015! Did you come to have a good time tonight?” yelled the superstar singer-songwriter to the excited crowd at MGM Grand Garden Arena on New Year’s Day.
Although Timberlake’s “The 20/20 Experience Tour” took him around the world, his visit to Vegas marked the conclusion of the journey in a big way. He chose Jonathan Demme, director of The Silence of the Lambs, to record the show for a future, yet-to-be-specified project as a concert DVD or even a movie.
As for baby bump Biel, the demands of her career as a popular actress haven’t stopped. Now her fans can look for her in the movie Accidental Love, reported Ace Showbiz. Co-starring with Jake Gyllenhaal, Jessica plays a waitress seeking help after a bizarre accident results in a need for surgery.
“I’m from your district. I saw you on TV, you looked great,” Biel pleads with Jake, who portrays a Congressman.
With the demands of their respective careers, how do Jessica and Justin manage to stay healthy? Biel cooks as much as possible at home, following the principles of the gluten-free Paleo diet, reported Harper’s Bazaar.
“Eating Paleo just leans you down and slims you up and takes that little layer of fat and water-weight right off your body,” said Jessica prior to her pregnancy.
She joins actress and businesswoman Jessica Alba in crediting the Paleo diet for her health and beauty as the Inquisitr reported.
“If you’re eating right, that’s more than half the battle,” said Alba’s trainer Jennifer Johnson. “She’s motivated nutritionally, and she eats a balanced diet of salads and proteins.”
In addition to emphasizing protein, natural fats such as avocado and non-starchy vegetables, caveman cuisine means cutting out dairy, grains, and most processed foods. That makes a candlelit dinner at home the ideal solution for Timberlake and Biel, said the actress.
“I do a lot of cooking at home using fresh fish or lean meat like chicken and vegetables.”
As for romance? Jessica loves her husband’s music, reported Hollywood Life. Biel frequently attends Timberlake’s concerts and dances in the front row.
Although Jessica and Justin haven’t talked much about the pregnancy, Timberlake’s old ‘NSYNC bandmate Joey Fatone is doing all the talking for them, reported In Touch.
“He told me a while ago, and I kept my mouth shut,” said Joey virtuously. “But now I can talk about it!”
