Kim Kardashian To Collect $600,000 to Host New Year’s Eve Party in Vegas

Sure, there are more than 200,000 people who are so sick of Kim Kardshian that they signed a petition to boycott her and her family, but the reality star still draws a hefty paycheck. Kim is reportedly being paid $600,000 to host a New Year’s Eve party at Tao in the Venetian in Las Vegas.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, Kim Kardashian was paid $500,000 for the same gig last year. And if you think that’s an excessive amount of money to pay for a party host, your mind might be soothed by the fact that the fat paycheck requires Kardashian to make a few additional appearances at Tao throughout 2012.

The Hollywood Reporter notes that Kim has been plugging the party for the last few days.

Kim wrote on Twitter:

“New Year’s Eve is one of my favorite nights of the year. Time to celebrate everything you’ve achieved in the past year and look forward to everything to come in the New Year… This New Year’s Eve, I’ll be celebrating at Tao in Las Vegas. I can’t wait!!!”

The Stir reports that Kardashian isn’t the only celebrity bringing in the new year with a big paycheck. Fergie will be performing at 1Oak at the Mirage Hotel and Casino for $100,000, and sisters Kourtney and Khloe will be appearing at the Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at the Paris, but the fee, if there is one, has not been disclosed.
