The most public turmoil regarding Chris Rock involved a lawsuit brought against Rock by a Hungarian model named Monika Zsibrita in Los Angeles Superior Court, a legal claim that was settled back in 2012, reported the Hollywood Reporter.

As a result of that incident, the Huffington Post reported about a 31-minute long conversation purportedly between Chris Rock and Anthony Pellicano, a former high-profile Los Angeles private investigator. In the conversation, the voice of a man who sounds like Chris Rock can be heard admitting to sex with a woman who wasn’t likely his wife.

The charges being read during the conversation claim Chris Rock told Zsibrita he was getting a divorce years ago.
