Ludacris Proposes To Eudoxie In Spectacular Way
All-star rapper Ludacris, 37, has proposed to his long-time girlfriend Eudoxie Agnan, 27, in a pretty spectacular way. Aboard his private jet in route from Atlanta to Costa Rica, Ludacris popped the question, but not in a way you might expect.
The day after Christmas, the couple jetted off for a romantic vacation and shared the special moment with close friends. Singer Monica, Shannon Brown, LeToya Luckett, and Marco Andretti were there to witness the special moment.
The rapper arranged for the words “Eudoxie, will you marry me” to be painted on a field. As the group flew over the area, Ludacris is said to have asked her to look out the window.
On his Instagram account, the rapper announced that after she read the message, “She didn’t say yes. She said ‘HELL YES!’ #milehighproposal,” and included a photo of the couple along with the painted message on the ground.
Agnan later posted to her Instagram, “BEST DAY OF MY LIFE WITH THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!! #milehighproposal.”
Just before the plane left the airport, the rapper posted a photo of himself on the tarmac with the enigmatic caption of, “What’s in the past is history, what’s in the future is a mystery,” foreshadowing what was to come after takeoff.
The couple has been dating since 2008, and despite previous infidelity of Ludacris’ part, they have remained very close. Agnan, also known as “Fab,” is a former University of Miami medical student from Gaban, Africa. She moved to the U.S. in 2001 at 15 years old. Not much is known about how the two met, but it has certainly resulted in the engagement and subsequent marriage.
This will be Ludacris’ first marriage. He has two daughters from a previous relationship.
Despite the tragic loss of his close friend, Paul Walker, being fresh in everyone’s mind due to the upcoming release of Fast and Furious 7 in April, it looks like 2015 is set to be a momentous year for Ludacris and his new fiancé. The three-time Grammy award winner just released his Burning Bridges EP, the first in five years. Though the album, available for free through the Google Play store, has received mixed reviews, it shows that he’s still got it, and plans to continue in the industry following the success of the “Fast and Furious” movie franchise he’s been busy with.
It may have taken five years for Ludacris to propose to Eudoxie Agnan, but the couple has a lifetime ahead of them.
